Tank Baffles & Mixer Support

Baffles are available for mixer applications in both steel and fiberglass vessels. Steel vessels typically utilize plate baffles with gusset supports as depicted. Fiberglass vessels typically utilize a plate baffle or a one piece molded baffle depending on the application. Special designs are available at the customers request.

Palmer Manufacturing and Tank, Inc. has the design and manufacturing expertise to fabricate a support for your mixer. Standard materials for the mixer supports include carbon steel, stainless steel, and fiberglass. Each mixer support will be designed to the specific requirements provided by the mixer manufacturer.
